Note: Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

  • Exchanges Only: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective beyond repair or if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us (zedek.boat@spiritodyssey.org) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange the item for a new one.

  • Wrong Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Size Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it for the correct size,

  • please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.

  • Conditions for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

  • Process for Exchanges: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for the exchange to be processed.

  • Exceptions: Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
